Our commitment

We want every person — including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or reduced-motion settings — to be able to learn about our practice and reach us. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we've built in

• Semantic headings, landmarks, and labeled controls throughout the site
• Color contrast designed to meet AA on text and interactive elements
• Full keyboard operability for menus, accordions, and forms, with visible focus styles
• Respect for your system's reduced-motion preference — animation is switched off when you ask for less movement
• Text alternatives for meaningful images, and touch targets sized for real hands

Known limitations

Some embedded third-party services — such as the interactive maps on our locations pages and our patient portal and intake form (operated by our electronic health record provider) — are outside our direct control and may not meet the same standard. Where an embed falls short, the same information is available in plain text on the page or by phone.
