Protected health information (PHI) is never collected through this website. When you choose to become a patient, intake happens through our electronic health record system's secure, HIPAA-compliant form, and telehealth sessions are held on Zoom United under a HIPAA business associate agreement. Your care and your records are protected under HIPAA; our full Notice of Privacy Practices is available at either office and on request.
If you call or email us, we use your contact information only to respond to you. Please remember that standard email and text messages are not fully secure — we recommend keeping detailed personal or clinical information for the phone, the secure intake form, or your sessions.
Some parts of this site are provided by third parties, which may set their own cookies or collect technical data under their own privacy policies: Google Maps (the maps on our locations pages), Google Fonts (typefaces), and links out to our patient portal and intake forms (Valant).
