New Young Adults Group!

“Adulting is hard” We know. We are here to lend support during one of life’s most challenging intersections. Join a small group for 18 to 24-year-olds that takes a therapeutic, discussion-based approach toward depression, anxiety, and other stressors. Facilitated by our masters-level counseling students, this group will bring a sense of community through shared experiences.
